In this occupation you will be developing, maintaining and growing relationships between carriers and GRTM. This position combines sales, negotiation, planning ahead, and account management. Carrier Sales Specialists work hand-in-hand with our Customer Sales Representatives to ensure that our customers are given exceptional service while maximizing profits. GRTM has a comfortable, hard working, team oriented culture that desires to be the best in the industry. We are willing to train the right person that has the skills necessary for the position, willingness to learn, and a desire to build a career in the transportation industry. Responsibilities:
● Establish, maintain and improve customer & carrier relationships with various sales tactics in order to maximize your opportunities
● Negotiate rates and maximize profits
● Utilize software & data systems to make informed selling decisions
● Manage carrier network to ensure proper levels of service
● Execute superior customer service and quality control
● Coordinate Pickup and Delivery with carriers, customers, and vendors
● High call volumes required

In this occupation you will be developing, maintaining, & growing relationships between both customers and carriers in order to effectively build a book of business. This position combines sales, negotiation, logistics planning, and account management. Logistics Consultants will work directly with our Logistics Coordinators to ensure that our customers are given exceptional service while maximizing profits.
